We offer a free brief consultation to learn more about you, your goals, and how we can support you. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for our approach.
3. Schedule Your First Session
If you decide to move forward, we’ll match you with a therapist or service that fits your needs. You’ll choose a time that works best for you, either in person or via telehealth.
4. Begin Your Healing Journey
In therapy, group sessions, or workshops, you’ll find a safe, affirming, and culturally responsive space. We’ll work together to set goals, explore your strengths, and support your personal growth and healing.

Therapy duration
Therapy duration varies based on individual needs some people benefit from short-term support over a few sessions, while others engage in longer-term therapy for deeper exploration and lasting change. Your therapist will work with you to find the right pace and timeline for your goals.

We do our best to respond to emails and voicemails within 48 business hours. Please note that we may be in sessions and unable to respond immediately, but your message is important to us.
